When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. The coaches and staff are so friendly and create such an inclusive atmosphere where anyone will feel like an elite athlete!

Colman is a certified personal trainer from NY who has been living in LA for the past few years. He has taught group fitness classes for over 5 years and focuses on strengthening the mind, body, and soul in class, not just one's body. Colman will challenge you throughout class to show yourself how strong you are. Be prepared to laugh, cry, sweat, and have a good time in any class with Colman.
