I'm Alex! A couple words to describe my coaching style would be energetic and personable. My favorite days to workout are leg days, and I love adding variations to all of classes to keep it fresh and fun. Outside of the studio, you can find me kayaking on the lakes or rivers, playing a round of golf, or kicking around a soccer ball. I’m someone who is always up for an adventure!
Hey! I'm Amanda. I am all about making your workout as fun as possible so that you leave feeling stronger and better than you came. I've grown up taking group fitness classes & loved the motivation to compete with others and feed off the energy of a full class. In 2018, I became an instructor so I could fuel others as well, encouraging them to work hard & smile while doing it!
Hey there! I'm Annie! My love for fitness began growing up as a gymnast which led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Montana State University. My teaching style is energetic and educational. I love helping you learn to move better while ensuring you never miss a good beat drop or a chance to push yourself a little bit further than you thought was possible.
I'm Erica! A few words to describe my teaching style would be rhythmic, motivational and energetic. As a former Gamecock cheerleader, I’ve always had a love for moving and entertaining so you can expect my classes to be fun and empowering. I want you to leave full of confidence. My favorite days of the week are Full Body Wednesdays & Saturdays!
I’m Gracie! I’ve been working in fitness for the past 6 years doing a variety of training types. I was born and raised in Columbia, SC, but my husband and I love to travel as much as we can with our two hound dogs. A fun fact about me is that I LOVE a burpee, so don’t be surprised if you see some in my classes!
Hey, I'm Heather! I grew up dancing since I was three & went to school in NYC to pursue dance + musical theatre which is where my love for fitness began. I now pursue a full-time career in personal training and group fitness, but you'll still catch me singing & dancing on the mic! I love to push my classes to the next level - challenging you with heavier weights or adding my favorite... burpees!
Hi, I'm Sarah! I am originally from Macon, GA, and I moved to SC after attending Mississippi State University for 4 years where my love for fitness began! It's been a huge part of my life since competing in women's soccer at the D1 level while earning a Master's degree in kinesiology. My coaching style is outgoing, personable, energetic, and (hopefully) funny!
