OPENING DATE
Fitness has always been a part of my life. I started swimming competitively when I was 5 years old and swam into college and never stopped moving I started my career in the health and wellness industry as a massage therapist in 2004. I then continued to expand my practice, ScogginWellness, as I got my certifications in holistic nutrition, health coaching and personal training.
