Andrew has been a personal trainer and coach since 2016. He views fitness as a journey to bettering yourself. Beyond building a general foundation of strength and functional fitness, he challenges and supports athletes in a way that enriches their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally. From kettlebell flows to strength and conditioning training with the barbell through his training style, Andrew uncovers athletes’ inner strengths to live their best lives.
Coach Angie is no stranger to the fitness industry, nor to Basecamp Fitness. She’s worked in fitness for 20 years, and spent 9 of those with the Basecamp family. When Angie’s not chasing goals and pushing Basecampers to their full potential, she’s busy chasing around her rambunctious 6-year-old.
What began as a passion for running and endurance sports over 20 years ago set the stage for Coach Chris on his journey to fitness. Completing numerous marathons, triathlons, and obstacle courses races set him on a path to push beyond anything he ever imagined was im(POSSIBLE). Every step, every run, and every race pushed him harder physically; and ultimately towards the realization that his passion and purpose for his fitness journey was rooted in sharing and creating truly memorable movement experience with and for others.
Coach Euni has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years, 8 of which she has spent with Basecamp Fitness as Coach and now as Fitness Manager. She is NASM-certified, and also holds certifications in TRX, Spinning, and VIPR. While fitness is Euni's true love, it's not her full-time career. She has her MBA and a longstanding career in brand and loyalty marketing, including her current role at Intuit. Euni has 5 boys—two humans and three fur babies who she loves to spend time with during her free time.
Basecamp struck a nice balance for Sam, as a previous runner and Barre instructor, since it matched the exertion she got from running and the low impact she got from barre, all in one class. She loves how body movement stills her mind, and even more, loves the communities around fitness. Nothing beats the encouragement and power someone gains by being near someone else who's hustling.
Rafael is a dedicated professional in the world of fitness. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, Rafael has been making a positive impact in people's lives through his expertise in PT. When he's not sculpting healthier lifestyles, you can find him engaging in his favorite hobbies such as boxing, golf, hiking and yoga. He embodies a holistic approach to health. With his wealth of knowledge and love for staying active, Rafael continues to inspire those around him to embrace wellness as a way of life. Coach Rafa currently holds a NASM Personal Training Certification.
Eddie strives to bring energy and excitement in the professional world of fitness. Not only does he bring that grit on the basketball court but also in the studio as he challenges individuals to hit their personal fitness goals. When he is off the mic from motivating you in class he enjoys playing basketball, going on runs, and exploring new coffee shops. Eddie is ASFA-certified and truly has a passion to encourage those around him to embody health on a whole new level within fitness. His determination to bring that push and excitement will never have you asking if you can have fun while working out!
Coach Nicole graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and holds a personal training certification through NASM. Her love of fitness and coaching stems from 18 years of competitive and professional figure skating at both the national and international levels. A Pennsylvania native, she followed her dreams of skating in professional ice shows and ended up in the Bay Area after college where she now coaches figure skating and group fitness! Nicole believes that what we have learned from our sport and fitness journeys is what helps shape us into the people we are today, and loves to be able to share that journey with others.
Helene has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and at basecamp since 2017! She had a passion for helping people get stronger, and wants to help members motivate themselves and find their inner athletes! She just recently completed a women’s specialty certification giving her knowledge for pre and post natal women, as well as women going through menopause. She always finds little glitches or points out progressions you may not see in the workout video.
