With a lifelong love for athletics, McKenna transitioned seamlessly from her Division I running career to coaching in the fitness industry. Now, she not only coaches but also continues to conquer races from the mile to the marathon! Passionate about helping everyone reach their fitness goals, McKenna has a special focus on empowering women at every stage of life.
Passionate about health and wellness, Paige is a certified holistic health coach with a focus and specialty in women’s hormones. Find her at the studio throughout the day, always with a smile and ready to make your workout feel like a party!
With a love for coaching & helping bring out the best in others, Coach Samson grew up here in Oviedo & enjoys being able to serve the community through the fun medium of fitness. A former High School Football player & Competitive Weightlifter, he values quality coaching, mobility, and the collective Team energy of the people and world around us.
Coach Jess grew up doing competitive gymnastics, so health & fitness have always been a top priority for her! After college she start coaching competitive gymnastics before getting into group fitness! She has been a trainer for just over 6 years and love helping people gain confidence and proving to them they are stronger than they think!
Coach Gianna’s passion for health and fitness started with her experiences on a competitive dance and weightlifting team. She’s dedicated to inspiring and supporting individuals, no matter what stage of their fitness journey they are in. She loves helping others gain confidence with themselves and empowering them to live a healthier life. Gianna likes to remind others “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you” in hopes to continuing pushing yourself each and everyday.
