With three kids, Coach Angeline believes exercise is one of the best ways to reclaim sanity, strength, and balance. She’s also a big believer in the power of endorphins and meditation. Angeline lives through her passions which include helping people crush their health and fitness goals. We step into our best selves one breath, one rep, one stroke of the pedal, one workout at a time!
Viktoriya is a passionate and dynamic group fitness instructor with a background in swimming, water polo, running, calisthenics, hot yoga, and pilates. She believes in the power of community when it comes to achieving fitness goals. Nobody should have to do burpees or planks alone! Viktoriya creates a safe and judgment-free zone where everyone can challenge themselves and grow together. Viktoriya reminds members that progress is not linear and no day will feel the same – some days we feel stronger, others not so much, which is why she encourages her students to listen to their bodies and honor where they are in their fitness journey. Outside of coaching, Viktoriya is an advocate for staying active throughout the day, whether it’s through more walking, biking, or simply moving more. In addition to fitness, Viktoriya loves cooking, reading, going on long-distance walks, exploring new towns, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her cat Banan!
Meet Coach Lacey, CPT, CES, certified Nutrition Coach, certified Women's Fitness Specialist, certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, certified Group Fitness Instructor, Redwood City Fitness Court Ambassador, and Founder of Beyond the Push Fitness. As a severe postpartum depression survivor and mama of two little boys, helping others overcome their fears and obstacles in order to reach their goals and build confidence is her passion. She strives to make others feel confident and proud in their own skin. She's also a wanna-be-ninja, foster dog mama, and terrible dancer. Her favorite pastimes are reading zombie books and competing in challenging obstacle course races!
Meet Alan, a fitness coach with over seven years of experience, dedicated to making fitness both effective and fun. He believes in helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting progress all while enjoying the journey. When he’s not coaching, you’ll find Alan sweating it out in Muay Thai, hitting yoga classes, or staying active in a variety of fitness activities. He’s also a fan of good cigars, great friends, and spending quality time with family because life’s too short to not enjoy the good stuff!
Meet Jeff, former amateur boxer, powerlifter, and jiu jitsu practitioner. Jeff began training and coaching in 2016, where he was also an ambassador and one of the instructors for the “Knockout” boxing class at Basecamp Fitness’ original location in Burlingame. Jeff believes that there’s no better feeling than seeing others accomplish something that they never thought would be possible. Jeff lives by two quotes: “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment”, by Ralph Waldo Emerson, and “never tell me the odds”, by Han Solo.
With over a decade in the fitness industry, Alicia is a true fitness fanatic who lives and breathes movement. Whether it’s hitting the basketball court, running marathons, crushing a Hyrox race, or grinding through an Ironman, she embraces the challenge of being a hybrid athlete. What truly fills her cup, though, is helping others crush their goals and knowing she played a part in their journey. While fitness is a huge part of her life, she balances it out with a deep love for pizza, great coffee, and chasing adventures around the globe.
